Sandwich Steaks information


Ingredients: Angus steak: beef, water, salt, canola oil, spices and spice extracts, dextrose, cultured dextrose (corn maltodextrin), sodium phosphate, onion, natural flavour, garlic, corn maltodextrin, soy sauce powder (wheat, soy, salt), modified corn starch, sodium diacetate, lactose (milk), papain (sulphites ). Angus steak spice: dehydrated garlic, spices, salt, canola oil, citric acid, dehydrated red bell pepper

Cooking Instructions:

For best results, thaw steaks in their package in refrigerator for approximately 4 hours or overnight. Remove steaks from plastic packaging. Season with Angus steak spice before, during or after cooking. Let steak rest for 1-2 minutes before serving. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

Brush grill with vegetable oil and preheat to medium high. Cook steak for 10-12 minutes turning once.

Frying Pan

Heat 1 tsp vegetable oil in a non-stick fry pan over medium high heat. Cook steak 5-7 minutes turning once or twice.

Electric Grill

Preheat electric grill to medium high. Cook steaks for 5-6 minutes. Appliances vary. These are guidelines only.
