Extra tender boneless beef cross-rib steaks, ready for your next shindig.
Beef, water, seasoning [salt, sugar (dextrose), onion, garlic, soy sauce powder (wheat, soy, salt), maltodextrin, modiﬁed corn starch, ﬂavour, spices and spice extracts, sodium diacetate, lactose (milk), papain (sulphites)], spice.
Cooking Instructions:For best results, thaw steaks in their package in refrigerator for approximately 4 hours or overnight. Remove steaks from plastic packaging before cooking. Cook to internal temperatures in chart below. Let steak rest 1-2 minutes before serving.
Brush grill with vegetable oil and preheat to medium high. Place the steak on the barbecue, turning once or twice.
Rare: 5-7 Minutes
Medium Rare: 7-9 Minutes
Medium: 10-12 Minutes
Medium Well: 12-14 Minutes
Well Done: 14-16 Minutes
Cook on pre-heated electric grill set at medium high.
Rare: 2-3 Minutes
Medium Rare: 3 Minutes
Medium: 3-4 Minutes
Medium Well: 5-6 Minutes
Well Done: 7-9 Minutes
